Hard Anodized surface treatment for automotive parts

For automotive industry, hard anodized surface treatment is one the most common apply for automotive parts. Hard anodized enhance the surface hardness and making them more resistant to wear and tear at any forms of damage. Parts with the hard anodized completed, it becomes more durable and long lasting, especially under the condition of automotive parts.

Our standard thickness for hard anodized is 40 to 60µm and it can be lower or higher upon request. The colour of the hard anodized surface treatment is depends on the wall thickness, the most common colour is grey and black. The thicker the wall, the colour become darker.
