we will ask for drawings to evaluate and see if our extruding machines are suitable for your profile. Yuan Cheng Aluminium specialized from small to medium size range profile, we provide the profile extrude from 3.5”, 5”, 6” and 8” extruding machine.

Secondly,

the type of Aluminium alloy and temper required. We specialized at 6000 series alloy, currently, we provide

these are the alloy that in stock. For other series, we can also provide but it is upon request. For the temper, we provide T4, T5 and T6.

Finally,

QUALITY ASSURANCE, Physical and Chemical Certification. We do provide the inspection to ASTM, the alloy has meet Chemical Composition Limits with B221 ASTM standards and Mechanical Property Limits includes Tensile Strength, Yield Strength and Elongation.
